Kanye West' album "GRADUATION" is coming out on September 11th and there are speculations that the design for the album cover is not final. On his fansite http://www.kanyetalk.com/ there are submissions of different art work for the album cover and Mr. West is going to pick which one he likes the best. BET's new television show "Hot Ghetto Mess" hosted by Charlie Murphy is by far one of the most controversial shows on main stream T.V. The title of the show is exactly the concept of the show. "A Hot Ghetto Mess" shows African-Americans doing some of the worst and most embarrassing things and we know we have to admit we have lots of those moments. Check out the site and the letter from the editor to understand before you bash it!!! Plus the song on the main page is HILARIOUS http://www.hotghettomess.com/index.php. It features pictures, quick interviews with regular people walking on the street and more. I've seen the show and it's quite funny and REALLY TRUE!! The reason why I love this show goes beyond the humor of our people. Its an eye opener, it gives you raw footage of what we do and how we portray oursleves. Anyone with common sense knows this doesn't speak for all African Americans, but it speaks for a damn good majority. One of the perks of the show was when Charlie Murphy asked random African-Americans questions that any one of us should know ,~i.e How many blacks are there on the supreme court justice panel? All kinds of answers were given; 12, 20, and 50! Well, there is 1 and how in the hell do you get 20 if there are only 9 got darn Supreme Court Justices (wow)!! So, I give the show a thumbs up for hilarity and motivation so you can get your knowledge on!
